Musique concrète pioneer Pierre Henry was commissioned to create an electronic mass for the opening of Liverpool's Metropolitan Cathedral in 1967. Fifty years later the Bluecoat collaborated with the composer to restage the concert in the cathedral, with a live mix from Thierry Balasse.
