Shipping & Delivery
ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 3-5 working days for us to process your order. Once your order has been posted, we will send you an email to let you know your order is on the way.
LOCAL PICKUP
Local orders can be collected in person from The Bluecoat. Please select local pickup at checkout. Once your order is ready for local pickup we will send you an email.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Royal Mail Tracked 48 for all our UK orders. All orders are sent fully tracked and insured.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with the tracking information.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We use Royal Mail International Tracked for our international shipping. All orders are sent fully tracked and insured.

For International deliveries - Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Bluecoat is not responsible for these charges if they are applied, and are your responsibility as the customer.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at: shop@thebluecoat.org.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition when you received it.
