Essays by Bryan Biggs, Mike Brocken and Nigel Tudman, with images and texts on ten commissions including Jeremy Deller's Acid Brass, Cornford & Cross' Power to the People, Iain Forsyth & Jane Pollard's Doing it for the Kids, and Jane Sanders' Elvis Evil Lives.
